Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

You received an incorrect product
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product

No other return or refund requests will be accepted.

How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, damaged, expired, or empty product, please email us at

Within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, along with:

Clear images of the product and packaging

Invoice or order details

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Empty Package Policy

If you receive a package that appears empty or without weight:

Please record a clear unboxing video from start to finish

The video must clearly show the unopened package and the issue

This is mandatory for verification.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting our support team

Return Approval & Pickup

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged

Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep

Refund Process

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it

If the issue is verified, a refund will be initiated within 24 hours

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
